What Makes BoxOz Special
BoxOz is a cultivar of Lonicera nitida, commonly known as the Chinese Honeysuckle. Unlike its flowering relatives, this variety is grown for its small, tidy leaves and lush green texture rather than its blooms. Position: Plant in full sun to part shade. It thrives in well-drained soil but is not too fussy ,it will tolerate clay or sandy soils with good drainage.
Watering: Keep the soil moist while the plant is establishing. Once mature, BoxOz becomes quite drought-tolerant.
Pruning: Lightly trim two to three times a year to maintain shape. Regular pruning encourages thicker, denser growth.
Feeding: Apply a slow-release fertiliser in spring to promote lush foliage.
