All Garden Design appointments are managed exclusively through our online booking system, and unfortunately we’re unable to process bookings over the phone.

Terms & Conditions
A deposit is required before your garden design and is issued as a refundable coupon. It will be deducted when you spend the minimum ‘garden lot’ amount on the same day.
Free delivery only eligible on orders over $399 in specified areas within Victoria. Please check our free delivery page or ask one of our friendly staff if you are eligible.

Regional Customers and Accessibility
However, if your garden is located in regional Victoria, or you have mobility issues that prevent you from visiting our Campbellfield store, please Contact Us and we may be able to arrange a remote consultation.
If you need garden designs for multiple large areas, we suggest booking several appointments to allow enough time for a detailed and quality design to be achieved for each space. Contact us on (03) 9359 3331 for assistance with larger designs.
How does the deposit work and how do I get it back?
Garden designs can often cost thousands, but at Hello Hello Plants we offer a FREE, tailor-made one-on-one garden design when you purchase your plants from us.
A $100 deposit is required to secure your 45-minute consultation. You’ll leave with a clear action plan, including a full plant list and layout tailored to your budget and space.
If you purchase your plants on the same day, your deposit is deducted from the total (refunded) with a minimum spend of $500. Purchases made on a different day will not qualify for the deposit refund.
