Due to demand, we are now taking deposits for our garden design consultations.

A 20 minute appointment is suitable for a General Design Concept for an entire garden, or a detailed design with exact layout and planting list for a single garden bed/small area, courtyard or balcony.

Once you have completed your Garden Design Questionnaire and booked a date and time for your garden design, you need to pay your deposit in advance to keep your appointment.

If you choose to purchase your plants with us on the day, your deposit is then refunded. See our full terms and conditions by visiting our free garden design page.

This is a personal, one-on-one consultation our Campbellfield store. And if you choose to buy your plants from our nursery, or were already planning to, you get your deposit back and your design is totally free.

How to get a Garden Design consultation?

Fill out our Garden Design Questionnaire and you’ll be prompted to book a date for your free one-on-one garden design!
Choose your desired consultation duration (20 or 45 mins) and date/time. Appointments can be made up to 3 weeks in advance and are available from 10am to 5pm most days, including weekends.
Pay your deposit over the phone by calling (03) 9559 3331, or online via the link supplied.
Arrive ready for your appointment at our nursery at 1477 Sydney Rd, Campbellfield at least 5 mins before. (If you are a regional or mobility challenged customer and requested a remote, video chat design, our staff will be in touch prior to your appointment to set this up.)

If you need garden designs for multiple large areas, we suggest booking several appointments to allow enough time for a detailed and quality design to be achieved for each space. Contact us on (03) 9359 3331 for assistance with larger designs.

How does the deposit work and how do I get it back?

Where normal Garden Designs can cost thousands, Hello Hello Plants is offering a FREE tailor-made, one-on-one garden design when you purchase your plants from us.

You only have to pay a deposit prior to your appointment, and you will be entitled to your one-on-one Garden Design. The deposit amount for both 20 and 45 minutes consultations is $100.

You will then come away with a clear action plan for your garden, including a complete list of the plants you need within your specified budget and a clear idea of exactly what needs to be done to transform your garden.

When you purchase your plants on the same day following your Garden Design, your deposit will be deducted from the total, effectively being refunded. A 20-min appointment requires a minimum spend of $250, and a 45-min appointment requires a minimum spend of $500. If the purchase of the plants is made on a different day, the deposit will not be deducted.

If you have a change of mind and don’t go ahead with the garden design, or want time to think about it, you can still purchase other plants and garden supplies from us worth the required value or more, and we will credit you back the deposit!
