Grevillea tenuiloba, commonly known as Amber Grevillea, is a low-growing, spreading shrub featuring finely divided (pinnatipartite) foliage and clusters of vibrant orange flowers often carried close to the ground. From winter through spring, it produces striking toothbrush-shaped blooms in shades ranging from bright yellow to deep orange at the tips of its branches.
Best grown in a warm, sunny position with well-drained soil, its compact, spreading habit also makes it an excellent choice for containers. Like most grevilleas, the nectar-rich flowers are highly attractive to honey-eating birds.
