Also called Ballarat Seedling. Found in Ballarat, Victoria, in the 1870s in the garden of Mrs Stewart. Has hard, aromatic flesh with green and dark red skin. Requires a position in full sun with rich organic soil.
Pollinators: Cox’s Orange Pippin, Five Crown Golden Delicious, Granny Smith and Johnathan.
