Plectranthus ‘Bush Basil’ Tucker Bush 6″ Pot

$17.99

Plectranthus graveolens (syn. coleus graveolens)

Bush Basil — also known as Native Coleus, Mountain Plectranthus, or Sticky Cockspur — has long been valued as a traditional medicinal and ceremonial herb. Early European settlers referred to it as the “Five Spice Plant” due to its rich, layered aroma reminiscent of basil, mint, and sage. Harvest by picking the young leaves throughout the growing season. The tender new leaves can be used fresh or dried for later use; however, be aware that their aroma and flavour will gradually diminish once harvested.
